Air Canada promotes Ivy Chan as Director- Cargo Sales & Services

Air Canada Cargo has appointed Ivy Chan as a Director- Cargo Sales and Services for Asia and Pacific.

“Ivy will provide strategic commercial direction and operational oversight for all activities throughout the Asia-Pacific region,” Air Canada said in a press release.

Chan joins the airline from Apex Logistics International, where she was vice president. She has also held sales and marketing roles at Qatar Airways Cargo and Cargolux.

“In his expanded role, Matthieu will be responsible for developing and increasing Air Canada’s Cargo revenue, market share and profitability,” said Jason Berry, Vice President, Air Canada Cargo.

“With her extensive background, Ivy will be a valuable asset to Air Canada Cargo and our customers in the Asia Pacific region. Both appointments come at an important time for Air Canada Cargo as we look forward the arrival of our first 767 freighters toward the end of this year,” added Berry.
