Turkish Cargo rolls out new AI-powered digital service platform ‘CARGY’


Enhancing its technological infrastructure day-by-day and offering conveniences to its customers in its global network by steps of digitalisation, Turkish Cargo has launched ‘CARGY’ a new technology-driven solution that provides customers information about their cargo at anytime and from anywhere.

During its initial phase, the artificial intelligence (AI) powered chatbot will offer users the opportunity to inquire about the current status, details, available dates and flights for their cargo shipments via the airway bill (AWB) number.

In its second phase in September, CARGY will offer the opportunity to inquire about the rate details, while during its third phase which will go live in December, the AI-powered chatbot will provide other additional details related to cargo and shipments.

Customers can avail the service through WhatsApp on the number ‘0850 333 0777’ available in both Turkish and English language options.
